PLEASE PRINT OUT THE APPLICATION FORM AND SEND IT TO THE WFB HEADQUARTERS BY SURFACE MAIL.

Prerequisites For Applying For Membership of the WFB

1. The applying organization must represent a clearly defined group of Buddhists in appreciable number;  
2. The organization has been well established locally with reasonably good standing;  
3. An entrance fee of US$200/- and a contribution fee of US$100/- for the first year shall be paid by the applying organization with the application duly filled in and returned to WFB Headquarters with a balance sheet of the latest year of the applying  organization.
